One of the perks of being a Vancouver based fashion photographer is having the opportunity to work with and shoot for awesome local brands like Arson . Merging Static's photographic ingenuity with creative director John Chow's stylistic vision was an important goal for the Spring 2008 catalogue photoshoot, and we knew that our awesome models, Jesse Harris and Jules Moore, could pull off the retro-70's look perfectly.
Photographer Kris Krug was assisted on this set by Tracy Heppner and Static's Stephanie Vacher, and we had a great time working with stylists Jason Craig and Karen Morgan, tromping around Vancouver's famous Stanley park with a Triumph motorcycle. We also hit up Coal Harbour, and the local helipad for part of the shoot, with huge thanks to Helijet International.
Overall, it was a super-successful shoot, and we produced lots of great photographs that captured the 70's-throwback mood for Arson's Spring 2008 catalogue!
